| Terms and Conditions: |

Reservations are to be secured with a 50% deposit at the time of confirmation and within a maximum of 5 working days. |
|
|
| 2. |
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. |
|
|
| 3. |
Bookings during Low Season need to be fully paid 7 (seven) days prior to arrival. |
|
|
| |
Bookings during High Season/Peak Season need to be fully paid 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival. |
|
|
| 5. |
Last minute bookings require full payment upon arrival. |

|
| 6. |
Notice of Cancellations are required in writing by fax or email. If a confirmed booking cancels less than 15 days before arrival in low season or less than 60 days for high and peak season, and the balance is still outstanding, the client is still responsible for the balance payment. |

In the event a confirmed booking is cancelled, less than 45 days in low season and less than 90 days for high/peak season, deposits will be forfeited. |

All eligible cancellations for a refund will be charged a US$150 cancellation fee. |

| 9. |
All clients staying at Surga Villas will be asked to sign a credit card authorization form which will allow Surga Villas to charge their credit card for damages or additional charges incurred while staying in the villas. |
